Hi Jaywant, The listing/grid will always show the latest version of the case. So if the version 2 is the latest version and it is in second folder, that's where it will be. The only way to view version 1 would be from the case details page. Hope this helps! Regards, Noopur

Hi Vinay, Please see our responses below: 1. Each AIO Tests report that you have mentioned can be emailed out individually using the "Subscribe" option. You can choose recipients, schedule as well as the format (PDF/Excel). AIO Tests also has gadgets for various reports that can be added to Jira Dashboards. 2. Jira doesn't support export dashboard option but you can share a link to the dashboard with all your Jira users. Hope this helps! ~Noopur

We will work with the product team to add an option while adding cases to cycle using which all filtered cases can be added in one click. Hi Tomek, At this point, it is not possible to add columns to the Cycles tab. We do have a feature in our backlog to add a column selector for cycles tab. I will add your request of showing total cycle’s estimated and actual effort in it. The reason for not showing actual effort in the Cases grid is a case can be executed multiple times with different actual effort logged. We do show the last run information. So if you click on the status, it will show you the actual effort and other details. You can also view multiple previous executions by doing a right-click and selecting Executions. Hi Cameron, The system needs a way to uniquely identify each case to be created. You do not need to create a key. You can simply number your cases 1,2,3, etc. and map that column from CSV to the "Existing Case ID" field while importing. What we mean by "Existing Case ID" is that whatever is the existing unique identifier in the import file, that column needs to be mapped to this field. Does that help? Cheers Noopur

Hi Keith, You can try creating a URL type of custom field on Cases. The URL can contain links to related cases. You can obtain the link of a particular case using the "Copy Case Link" icon on the Case Detail page or using the right click on any case in a grid and clicking on the "Copy Case Link" option. Hi Kate, AIO Tests offers a Copy Cases across projects feature. Using this feature you can go to the destination project, select Import Cases - Other Projects tab. Choose the source project (highlighted in image below) and select cases, configuration to copy to the destination project. This will copy cases to the destination project along with your attachments. Hi Tamira, You can use the Admin-level Copy Project Settings option to copy all settings from the source/template project to the new/destination project before enabling AIO Tests for the destination project. The Admin level option enables AIO Tests for the destination project and creates an exact replica of the settings from the source in to the destination project. At this point, it is not possible to explicitly maintain two versions of the case and then choose which one to execute in which cycle.    The version added to a cycle can stay as is until a force-update is done. We do have explicit versioning in our backlog but it has not been prioritized yet. ~Cheers Noopur

Hello, As you update a testcase, the system maintains an implicit version. So lets say TC-1 was written and tested for software release 1 in cycle-1 and it passes. Releaes is done. Then you update TC-1 for software release 2 and add it to cycle-2.   This update doesn't have any impact on the cycle-1 as it contains the first version of TC-1 that was added to it.
