Is there any way to merged all report in single pdf file ,export and send over email.

Thanks for quick reply!

1. We are already aware of AIO test single report export and send over email feature.

2. We are using all these mentioned reports and sending/reading these reports, one after one will be a overhead for user.

3. We wanted all these reports to be consolidate in single pdf export/over email, so that while presenting these report will be easy for user, just to refer a single pdf file rather looking out for every email or login to jira to see these reports.

I hope you understand the presentation point to management, management team will not login to jira, they need all reports details over email that also in single pdf file.

This scenario might be implemented as feature to AIO, Where in user will select all these reports and on top of that , there should be a select option to merged all these reports and generate single pdf file and send over email.

Please see our responses below:

1. Each AIO Tests report that you have mentioned can be emailed out individually using the "Subscribe" option. You can choose recipients, schedule as well as the format (PDF/Excel). AIO Tests also has gadgets for various reports that can be added to Jira Dashboards.

2. Jira doesn't support export dashboard option but you can share a link to the dashboard with all your Jira users.
